Questions, questions, questions...
What is the point of life?
What happens when we die?...
What relevance does Jesus have for our lives today?...
How do we deal with guilt?...
We all have questions. To find out why so many have found Alpha
to be the best opportunity they have ever had to ask these questions
-- join us!
Alpha is a eleven-week opportunity to explore the validity and
relevance of the Christian faith for our lives today. It is a
practical introduction to the basics of Christianity.
It could change your life.
Alpha is enjoyed and appreciated as much by those who have never set
foot in a church as it is by those who once attended and by the
regular churchgoer. No matter what their background, whether
investigating Christianity for the first time or
revisiting their faith, participants get a lot out
of an Alpha Course.
The evening Alpha course usually runs once a week for 11 weeks.
This years our Arts and Talent Extravaganza will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2008, starting at 7 p.m. at the Mother Teresa School New Gym.

poetry and gymnastic routines.
God is so good, so creative and such a wonderful gift giver. He loves us first
and then gives us the ability to worship Him back through His provisions!!!

Bring a friend, spread the news and show your support to the participants
for recognizing the Lord's hand in their artistic abilities!!!

Worship Extravaganza - Releasing of the Arts 2007!!!
The talent in our own backyard is phenomenal!! God has graced us with talents that put visibility,
texture and hope to the passions imbedded deep inside. “Releasing the Arts”,
to be held Saturday, June 23, 7 p.m. in the Mother Teresa Catholic School gym, is an opportunity
to see the exhibits of those whose passions have brought them deep satisfaction and the realization
of something bigger than themselves, the desire to create!! What a wonderful opportunity to see
their magnificent works of art, ranging from woodworking to poetry to photography taken from afar,
the north as well as Africa, to painting, card making, sculpture and welding!
We are creatures created to create: lovingly, with care and with just the necessary strokes of uniqueness!
Our fourth annual Releasing the Arts, sponsored by Ambassador Ministries in Covenant,
invites you all to come and share in an evening of viewing the exhibits and enjoying the
performances of both young and older budding artists.
Hear a six-year-old’s storytelling of his own written story, short stories by young teens
that have been published, as well as poetry and dance by young high schoolers, complemented by
the Rural Rhymer and singing performances by university students and young adults
(even one who made it well into the Canadian Idol competition!).
What a wonderful way to spend an evening, stimulating your artistic juices! Why not join us and
share an evening of delight, while supporting our passionate artists?
